This project centers around the tension between past and present — merging the visual legacy of early 20th-century cinema with experimental sound and forward-thinking design.
The identity draws from the language of early film — optical typography, flicker, and projection artifacts — and reframes it through a modern lens. Inspiration came from silent-era title cards, theater marquees, Bauhaus geometry, and graphic notation systems used in avant-garde music.
Visuals were designed to feel temporal and kinetic, echoing the live nature of each event. Posters, motion pieces, and signage lean into abstraction, minimalism, and layered light.
